1. Information collected

The initial form collects the email address you enter, your preferred reply language and your message. It also uses limited technical information needed for security and rate limiting. The initial form does not accept attachments.

2. Purposes

The information is used to receive, assess and respond to your inquiry, determine whether a lawful scope can be discussed, maintain necessary records, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. If a matter proceeds, identity checks, estimates, written terms and additional information are handled separately.

3. Email, LINE and AI-assisted translation

The original message is delivered to the operator by email and may be delivered through LINE notification services. The message may be machine-translated into Japanese for internal review. A human must review any translated reply before it is sent to you.

Machine translation may contain errors. It does not replace a written agreement, legal advice or confirmation of the original text. Do not send passwords, identity documents, private images or sensitive evidence through the initial form.

4. Service providers and disclosure

Hosting, email delivery, LINE notification and translation service providers may process information only as needed to provide those functions. DETEcle Co., Ltd. does not provide inquiry information to unrelated third parties except with consent, when required for an authorized service, or where required by law.

Specific provider configurations may change. Ask the operator for material processing details before sharing additional sensitive information.

5. Retention and deletion

Records are retained only for the period reasonably necessary for inquiry handling, contracts, legal obligations, security and dispute management. A single fixed period is not stated because the applicable period may depend on whether an inquiry proceeds. Information is deleted or otherwise handled appropriately after the relevant retention need ends.

6. Access, correction and deletion requests

You may ask about access, correction or deletion of your personal information through the English inquiry form. State that your question concerns privacy and provide only the information needed to identify the relevant inquiry. The operator may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required by law, contract or legitimate record-keeping needs.

7. Security and communication choices

Access restrictions and other measures appropriate to the information are used, but no email, device or communication method can be described as completely risk-free. Consider whether your email account, device notifications or shared screen can be accessed by someone else before submitting.

8. Requests we will not accept

Information will not be used to support stalking, harassment, discrimination, illegal access, unauthorized GPS use, threats, retaliation or locating a person escaping abuse. A request may be refused where its purpose is unlawful, unsafe or outside scope.
